Justin Fiske is blogging. This time he talks about his repertoire, his move from the indy leagues to the affiliated minors and what’s been keeping him off the mound.

Firstinning.com seems to have disappeared. I hope it’s just temporary, because I’m not sure what I’m going to do without FI.

AFL

  • In a slug fest, Brett Wallace walked, homered and struck out twice. He’s struck out ten times in the last 24 at bats.
  • Shane Robinson went 2-5 with a HR and 4 RBI.
  • Tyler Greene went 0-4, walked, scored and struck out three times.
  • Brad Furnish didn’t record an out, allowing seven runs on six hits and a walk. Yerg. Box

HWB

  • Tyler Herron pitched 2 scoreless innings, allowing 2 hits, a walk while striking out one.
  • James Rapoport played center field and went 0-3 with two strikeouts. Box

Dominican Winter League

  • Amaury Marti went 1-5 with a 3 RBI triple. Box

VWL

I think it’s time to dispatch Amaury Cazana to kick some butt in VZ. They are ridiculously slow at updating their scores. Will update when they have something.

  • David Freese went 0-3 with a strikeout for Caribes. Box

No, not really. The Baseball cube has /9 rates, that’s the best it gets.
