Baseball America kicks off their draft report cards, starting with the AL East. The NL Central report cards will be out next week, in the meantime they rate the best tools. Brett Wallace is number one on their list for best pure hitter and best pro debut, and he ranks fourth as being closest to the majors behind Conor Gillaspie, Brian Matusz and Ryan Perry.

Despite his struggles so far in fall ball, Brett Wallace is playing in the Rising Stars AFL Showcase. Read all about it here and here.

Tyler Norrick took out one of the Brewer players in the AFL with a pitch that got away. Scary stuff.
