So will Arnoldi and Steve Hill be the catchers at Springfield to start the season? Not sure if Hill had enough AB’s in Double-A last year to really prove anything there.

Agreed, vote for Daryl! That dude crushed the ball this year. He was the Card’s best minor league comeback story. Gives me faith that the Cards can actually polish people off. Motte’s cool, but come on, he’s a one pitch reliever right now.

you can get a “caught stealing” on a botched hit and run if I am not mistaken. There are other ways a player gets caught in a bad situation not of their making. I doubt it was a true steal, though with Jose managing it very well could be.

Tony Cruz’s development is really impressive. I have said it before that I think he had on of the most impressive seasons amoung the minor league players considering that he hit in Palm Beach and was learning the toughest D position on the diamond. If we end up moving Anderson (count me in the move Anderson camp), he is going to make it an easier hit to take.
