Off topic and it doesn't really matter that much since we only have 38 players on our 40 man, but why isn't Garcia on the 60-day DL. I'm probably completely wrong here, but I thought time on the 60-day DL counted differently than time on the 15-day DL (i.e, 15 day counts towards rookie eligibility, 60 doesn't).

I see that Walrus and Jones were out of the lineup again, although DJ did get a pinch-hit appearance. Is everything OK with those two? Say it ain't so, Joe.

Garceau has had some bad luck...he was cruising and then of course a 3run homerun to the #8 hitter with lowest batting average on the team...he broke his bat and the ball went with the wind blowing to left field.... the same batter had the game winning hit in the 10th inning.....I guess you must say that it was his night...

Per Dgoold, he sits at 92. He doesn't have Motte-like velocity, but he does have Motte-like K numbers. No word on his other offerings.

Yeah, Mulligan will see a promotion soon. 20 K's in 10 innings with a 10:1 K:BB ratio. Crazy stuff. The great thing about him too is that he's still a really young guy at 21-years old whereas Motte started the conversion at 24 and didn't really start dominating until 25 (still relatively young, but you get the point). Anybody know much about his velocity and what stuff he has?

Nice to see Lynn dominate in his debut.

Lastly, it's nice to see Salas is back.

Sano sounds like a big-time talent. It will be interesting to see how everything unfolds. Following the international signing period is a lot like following college recruiting. It's kinda nice now that the Cardinals are starting to become players for some of the top talent coming out of Latin America.

You failed to mention that Bravo struck out the side in his lone inning of work :)
That could be the worst 3 K inning in the history of baseball.

I'm with erik on Mulligan. He's overpowering the MWL right now.
