Read the response to the second question asked. These definitions seem to match my previous thoughts and seem to contradict the Garcia write-up up top.

Ok, I’m confused.

I thought I had the command-control distinction worked out, then BP goes and throws me all outta whack.

“Garcia has yet to walk a batter.”

I take that statement to be a comment on his control. But just before that, they call it command.

So which is it?

And why is it whichever one it is?

And why isn’t it whichever one it isn’t?

And how long will I continue this tired routine?
