Out of the top 15 four were traded. five were disappointments, 3 made it to the majors, Jones is probably a push and only Craig distinquished himself. I guess if we put the four that were traded and the 3 that made it to the majors on the success list we could consider it over a 50% success rate. How many players out of a top 15 should we expect to have success from year to year?
Did we have any players that had a break though type season in the minors this year? It doesn’t seem like it. the list certainly looks a lot weaker this year.
