Fingers crossed on Pham. He’s now a little old for his level and is repeating the FSL, which is a double grain of salt…but if his newfound batting eye is for real, he might become a legit prospect. Is there room for him at AA?

That makes sense, I don’t see Jones as levelling off but dropping dramatically, he came back too early last year to play in the Futures Game and was still hurt. Right now he’s not even cutting it in AA ball.

My opinion is that Chambers has moved at least equal with Jones as a prospect. (of course I wasnt very high on Jones by the end of last year). Mind you I haven’t seen Jones for a couple of years nor Chambers at all in person. But from what I can gather Chambers may be faster, seems to have a slightly better arm, his OBP skills appear to be slightly better, but Jones probably has more power. Most importantly, Chambers seems to still be improving where Jones seems to have leveled off if not declined.

Chambers OPS is .703 — the exact same as DEsmond Jennings has right now :)

Actually the number to watch with Chambers is OBP not OPS. If he can keep his OBP in the .370 range he might make it the majors due to his speed.
