Per Derrick Goold, Joe Mather and Fernando Salas are optioned to AAA. Evan MacLane and Adam Ottavino are added to the active roster. Evan MacLane is a 40-man addition as well.

Would be nice to see MacLane today. But the again that would mean that Ott didn’t do to well. Ott has been consistently at 95-96 mph on his fb!!
Good performance overall by Ottavino- He showed great stuff had some control issues from the 3rd inning on. He got sideways like the Memphis annoucers talk about alot. The Defense didn’t help him out at all either. Either way he can be proud how of he pitched. Hopefully he sticks in St.L
Anyone know why Shelby Miller just left after 2 2/3 innings after only allowing 2 runs (1 earned)?
