There was no indication as of yet that Kopp would be sent down, it was just a paperwork move to get Shorey back in the rotation then Hill was released, allowing room for Kopp to stay. But that may change after the TL break.
As far as I know Kopp is still with the team and pitching in tomorrows game in ABQ.
Kulick and Fick are able to be used as either starter or reliever, depending on how things go, we might see them used in different ways. Memphis still has a double header to play, and Ott is still up, so who knows what they have planned at this point. Hamilton will also be returning soon to Memphis.
Players being moved up right now on all teams probably more for need than if they are actually ready.]]></description>
