http://www.milb.com has Kevin Siegrist scheduled to start today………Martinez should be tomorrow.
You are probably right. They piggybacked last time.
As a sidenote to Martinez – QC will be playing Kane County at Busch on Thurs May 26th. As of now Martinez would get the start. $10 GA tickets and half price concessions. I will definitely be there and hope to get some good 1st hand view of Martinez and the QC squad.`
Palm Beach is on Milb.tv
Kelly is going against Oswalt. That damn Oswalt looks like a good prospect. ;o]
Zack Cox just hit his first home run. He is 3-4 on the night so far and is on a big tear of late including a double in last nights game. Hopefully this is a sign that he is adjusting and he will start showing a little power.
Wondering if your watching the game? I watched a few innings…..drove in a run with a dribbler up the middle after the worst swing I’ve ever seen. His hit was all hands. He also made 2 errors the inning before even though he was only charged iwth one. I just don’t see any power with his handsy swing.
No, just saw an update on twitter. Though I did see him play alot at Arkansas. He showed that he had some power his first year, but honestly I am not sure he will ever hit more than ten or fifteen years in pro ball. He is more of a line drive hitter. And by showing a little power I was just hoping that maybe he would start hitting more than just a barrage of singles. I think he could definitely definitely into a good doubles hitter with a little pop. But we’ll see.
