Who comes into PB is anyone’s guess. I originally didn’t think that Rosenthal would move this year, but I think he may be one of the promotions. I have to say Siegrist has earned it, but I have yet to get a read on what the organization thinks of him. Ferrara is another possibility. I really kind of think Martinez will stay put with Rodriguez. That opinion is only based on the same logic they used with starting him out in EST – but who knows?
