Hey there. Hope everyone is having a good time. Glad you stopped by to visit. Over the last few weeks, I’ve had some back and forths with various users about comments on the site. As a result of a particularly nasty e-mail that was sent to me in response to me asking someone to avoid the comment section for one week, I’ve reactivated the “banning plug-in” for the site.
I don’t like banning commenters. I do it with great hesitation and a desire to give people the benefit of the doubt. As someone who can be abrasive, I don’t necessarily mind sharp language. We’ve got a pretty simple no-cursing policy here and I ask that people are civil. When that fails, bans happen.
If you notice some wonky behavior, that’s the plug-in being active again. If it persists, drop me an e-mail.
In the end, it is probably for the best. I want people to contribute in the comments without fear of attack or constant aggressive, refutation. I hope this serves as a quick reminder to be a decent person when commenting here (or sending me e-mail). I don’t like checking in on the site to find a flame war or someone acting the part of the village idiot.
Thanks for stopping by — I hope your visit was a pleasant one.

My thanks for you MANY contributions to the various blogs. I suspect that some of the frustration attendant with a dreadful season spill into your in-box.
I look forward to each of your posts. I am sure that nearly all of the others do as well.
I’d like to second what akaitor stated. As a long time lurked here and at viva el birdos, I really appreciate everything you do. I hope the acts of a few don’t burn you out.
thanks az, some of this stuff does get tedious. an occasional visit from the sheriff usually helps.
What they said.
That is SUCH BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jk, keep up the good work.
Thank you sir for always providing us with updated information. As a cardinal fan, I always love to read about the players and opinions from others as long as there decent. With that said, it is important for everyone to realize that these are players who our giving there heart and soul to for fill there dream of being a professional player.
Players as well as there parents can read what people write and if I don’t like what was written imagine the players.
Unless there top draft picks that made huge bonuses, they hardly make money in the Minors to pay there rent etc. Players don’t go out there looking to strike out or make mistakes at the game. Thats baseball.
As Arzu said, let’s try to be nice when we write things. Again, I thank all the writers for keeping us informed. Go Cards
I lika’ da beisbol. I lika’ da fuder wedbuds.
