Hope this shakes Mr. Adams out of his mini slump. Ryan Jackson continues hitting up a storm though.
Good stuff from Keith Law on Adams and Taveras:

Any chance of a summary (without direct quotes), for those of us who don’t subscribe to this thing?
Yes, could you please summarize or cut and paste that section of the article in here for all to read.
I’d prefer we don’t cut and paste content behind the paywall. I’m going to recap all of the recent prospect posts in the next few days. Baseball America has been running their Top League Prospects, which I’ll cover as well.
Seconded, which is why I qualified my request “without direct quotes.” Let’s let these people earn their pay; having them do the research is in everyone’s interest.
See my summary on Adams and Taveras below.
jackson is on fire
Adams: Deserves nickname Big Sexy more than any player he has seen. Says he has unbelievably easy power. Is limited to dh/1b but says he moves very well for his size.
Taveras: has an unusual swing unlike any that he has seen. He has explosive hand acceleration but is very rotational. He makes hard contact. Taveras likes to extend his arms which makes him vulnernable on the inside half of the plate and which will make it difficult for him to make adjustments. However his year was too good to have been only a fluke. Has a max effort swing but has good enough hand/eye coordination to overcome it so far and if he has any holes in his swing it may not be discovered until the high minors or majors.
