Memphis put together a strong all around performance that culminated in a win.  Springfield was dominated by a top pitching prospect and Allen Craig makes an appearance in a Palm Beach loss.  Finally, Quad Cities has an offensive explosion but Mr. Jenkins didn’t need much as he pitched the team to his first victory of the young season.

  1. Andy Beard says:

Sure, it’s only 69 PAs, but Ryan Jackson has a .361 wOBA right now… encouraging… Of course, that’s supported by a .429 BABIP.

Meanwhile, Joe Kelly has an impressive 3.80 K/BB ratio and tidy 2.90 FIP in 23.0 IP across 4 starts. Nice start.
