The major storyline of the night in the minors was precipitated by Lance Berkman’s injury in Los Angeles. After the injury, Matt Adams was immediately pulled from Memphis’ game, which would indicate an impending promotion to the big club. Other than that, John Gast pitched decently well in his AAA debut and Michael Blazek was superb in relief as he picked up the win for Springfield.

Time to release the big dog. Adams to STL. Make it so JMo.
Would love an eye witness report on Vance Albitz.
Hector Hernandez with 0 walks – maybe there is hope.
Good to see Hooker back strong They will probably try for five innings next time out. Hopefully, they will keep Blazek in long relief. Now waiting for Whiting, Copeland and Blair. Also, Bibona has been out since 2010. Does anyone know what is going on with him? Whittles had 4 hits friday and is now not even listed on the QC roster, apparently replaced by Pritchard.
Yes it is good to see Hooker have a good outing. Hope he returns to his prospect status when he was averaging 11.81 K/9.
I think it is also time to move Mr. Walsh up.
