		<description><![CDATA[Just from watching the videos above, does it look like Cooney throws across his body a bit?  I generally have little idea what I&#039;m talking about in regards to mechanics, but it seems he&#039;s stopping a little short with his plant foot, which is causing him to throw across his body.  You&#039;d think if he&#039;d go a little farther out in front of himself with his plant foot, he&#039;d be able to get more rotation with his hips and add a tic or two on his velocity.  It might also help with his command.]]></description>
