He’ll go to Missouri State. Mike actually asked the Cardinals not to draft Tate, but after his bonus demands became known he thought he wouldn’t be drafted at all.

There’s a strong possibility the Cards drafted him so that he would be able to say he was drafted by his hometown team.

I know (I think) you said you were only going to do a single post update for rounds 11-20 etc., but given that the guys we drafted in rounds 11 and 12 are both probably better prospects than anyone we drafted after the second round, I wonder if it would be possible to get individual posts up for the Williams and Foody picks? I seem to recall there was a specific Austin Wilson post when we drafted him in the 12th.
