Let’s see if Mr.Inconsistency Jenkins can bounce back once again from his last start. I still think he has #2 starter upside if he can improve his command and his secondary pitches one of the more raw pitchers in the low levels on the system.
The kid doesn’t even turn 20 for a couple more days……..I figure another year or two before I get worried about his upside dropping.
