Piscotty’s highest upside would be probably Scott Rolen (not Schumaker) minus the defense both have strong line drive swings.

Piscotty’s ultimate future is probably in LF. He even got ample playing time there in college, if I recall correctly.

I’m wondering about Piscotty’s future in the system. He’s only hit 2 hrs in over 100 abs and also has 10 errors already at 3b. Where is his future position? Is it 2b?

Steven Hill is on a run; he popped another dinger tonight. Must be pushing for a September call-up.

The knee jerk reaction would then be that he’s having trouble with more advanced breaking stuff. Will be interesting to see how he finishes up and where he goes next year, PB or even up to SPR.

What’s interesting is that Garcia had outstanding K:BB ratios his first couple of years. His BB rate actually hasn’t decreased that much, just that the K rate as soared.
