Jeff’s Quick Take: Now that we are out of round 4-10, teams can take risks on potentially unsignable, but high upside players. The Cardinals decided to get that tough sign player in Max Foody who they would have to talk out of a commitment to Florida State. Foody is a projectable left-hander with a fastball that is already in the low nineties. If the Cardinals can sign Foody, it would be a huge win. Everything after the jump.
